Crushing buildings and demoloshing homes, the earthquake caused lots of damage. The damage cost over $25 million. Rescue teams from all over the world to help out but the damage on the roads that the earthquake had caused ment that emergancy services couldnt get in and out. The most devastating thing is that 38,000 children were killed and 29,00 were missing. Most of them were orpahans but many of them might be when they get found as there parents might have got killed. Also, the earthquake caused a lot of damage for garmers as 60 million pigs died which means they will have lost money because they wont have meat/animals to sell. What is life like in China?

Life in China would be very different to your everyday life in England. It would be very loud and busy and your life would always be a whirl wind! You would be surrounded by busy streets and shopping stalls. China is known for its traditional foods. In China there is many places where you can get traditional foods such as- buffets, cafes, restaurants and cuisines. In China, there is many foods that you wouldn't find in England. For example pigs snouts, duck, frogs, seaweed, shark meat and even dog and cat!

In China, many children take lessons on kung fu, karate, jujitsu, judo, kick boxing and tae kwondo. If children aren't interested in that kind of thing but there is also many instruments and music that they can do as well.

At the festivals and carnivals you have to buy tickets because they are very popular and everybody wants to go to it because they  are so uplifting and magical. The festivals and carnivals are very busy and loud. Some of them have different themes to them and look very colorful and magic. Some people go to a great deal and get dressed up all glam just to look as magical as the festival or carnival.

Life in China would be what you wanted it to be...
