The Amazon Rainforest!

The Amazon Rainforest is located in Brazil and many other countries. It is one of the biggest rainforests in the world and amazingly home to one-in-ten know species. It is a moist broadleaf forest that covers most most of the Amazon Basin. It spreads over nine different countries but most of it falls within Brazil.

The Amazon rainforest, you will find a veriety spider. and howler monkeys along with scarlet macawas, toucans and sloths all in the lower canopy. The understorey and forest floor is home to giant armidilloss, coati, ocelot, the electric-blue morpho butterfly, Hercules beetle, the Arrow poison frog, tapirs and iguanas and tree boas clinging to branches.
For plants there are always ferns and epiphytes decorating trees and flaming coral trees with bright orange blooms, not to mention jungle vines crawling from the ground all the way to the canopy on other trees. Also you will find banana, ginger, cocca, bamboo and many more.

Now you can watch a video from you tube that is all about the animals and plants that live in the Amazon. Enjoy! :D
